Jesus wants peace and joy for all of His people, and yet every joy is deeply contested. How can we have joy in our lives regardless of what is going on in and around us? The Apostle Paul has much to teach us on this subject! Philippians is one of the most joyful letters in the New Testament, and Paul writes it from a Roman prison cell in AD 62. Throughout the summer, we will learn several of the 'joy thieves' in our lives, and the secret that Paul knows that enables him to rejoice always regardless of the circumstance.
